2. Mobile Communications & SMS/MMS Consent

• Message Types: You consent to receive recurring automated and non-automated SMS and MMS messages regarding appointment reminders, service updates, scheduling confirmations, subcontractor/partner opportunities, site updates, promotions, and other relevant service disclosures.
• Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your account activity, service status, and interactions with us.
• Rates & Charges: Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile phone carrier and plan.
• Opt-Out Instructions: You may cancel or opt out of SMS/MMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any text message you receive from us. Upon sending STOP, you will receive a single, one-time confirmation message acknowledging your opt-out. No further messages will be sent unless you explicitly opt back in.

• Carrier Disclaimer: Message delivery and timing are subject to your mobile carrier’s network performance. Cleaning Connected / Clean23 is not liable for delayed, misdirected, or undelivered messages.
• Privacy Assurance: Mobile phone numbers provided for text messaging opt-in will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.

3. Services, Bookings & Partner Agreements

• Service Estimates & Pricing: Estimates, project bids, and cleaning quotes provided on our platform are based on initial project scopes provided by clients or site inspections. Final billing may adjust if site conditions or scope of work differ significantly.
• Subcontractor & Partner Listings: Cleaners, independent contractors, or Quality Control Agents participating in projects through Cleaning Connected agree to abide by all independent contractor agreements, PPE standards, site safety regulations, and project scope requirements specified for each individual opportunity.
• Cancellations & Rescheduling: Client or partner cancellations must be submitted in accordance with our standard service policies or specific contract terms.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, logos, graphics, source code, design elements, and text featured on this website are the property of Cleaning Connected / Clean23 or its licensors and are protected under applicable trademark and copyright laws. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or duplication of any content is strictly prohibited.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Cleaning Connected / Clean23, its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to:
