STEP 1 Find a Commercial Construction Project
While you’re out in your community, keep an eye out for commercial buildings currently under construction. Examples include:

STEP 2 Identify the General Contractor

Contact the General Contractor office and ask for the Project Manager or Superintendent’s cell number, and let them know you are calling on behalf of Cleaning Connected.
Your objective is simple: Ask whether they would like to receive a proposal for the project’s final construction cleaning.
You are not selling the cleaning service or negotiating the project. Your job is simply to identify the opportunity and obtain permission for Cleaning Connected to provide a final cleaning proposal.

No, you do not need the exact address. Just providing the City and State (e.g. Modesto, CA or Dallas, TX) is enough for our team to verify the location.
What if I can't find the General Contractor name?
Do your best! If the contractor sign isn’t visible or available on the fence, go ahead and submit the photos and location anyway.
Can I submit more than one project?
Absolutely! You can submit as many active commercial construction projects as you find. More leads mean more potential rewards.
Can I submit projects from anywhere in the United States?
