Project Final Cleaning Scope Request

I am seeking a professional cleaning company to perform a comprehensive interior final clean for a new construction project. The goal is to ensure the entire facility is fully move-in ready upon completion.

Project Details:

• Building Size: 90,000 square feet 
• Floors: 4 stories 
• Guest Rooms: 101 total 
• Additional Areas: Includes a subterranean parking garage 

Scope of Work:

• Full interior final cleaning of all areas, including but not limited to: 
  • Guest rooms and bathrooms 
  • Hallways and stairwells 
  • Lobby, reception, and common areas 
  • Back-of-house spaces (offices, storage, service areas) 
  • Elevators and elevator lobbies 
  • Subterranean parking garage 
• Removal of all construction dust, debris, adhesives, stickers, and protective films 
• Detailed surface cleaning of floors, walls, ceilings, fixtures, and finishes 
• Final polish of all glass, mirrors, and metal surfaces 
• Trash removal and final wipe-down of all spaces to meet hospitality industry standards for occupancy 

Please Note:
Window cleaning is not included in the scope of work.

PPE is required when on the job site: Hard Hat, Safety Vest, Jeans, and work shoes.
