Key Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):

1. Ensure all on-site cleaning meets CleaningConnected quality standards. 
2. Maintain direct communication with cleaning trade partners to ensure their needs are addressed. 
3. Conduct walkthroughs with the general contractor’s superintendent as required. 
4. Submit daily progress reports to the CleaningConnected office. 

The primary objective of this role is to ensure consistent, high-quality service that meets the satisfaction standards of the general contractor.

Important Notes:

1. You are not required to remain on-site during cleaning. Instead, you will conduct visits each morning and afternoon to oversee progress. 
2. Additional site visits may be required as needed or upon request. 
3. Proper PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) is mandatory while on-site. 
4. A smartphone is required for taking photos and maintaining communication with the CleaningConnected office.

• Managing your own work schedule. 
• Providing all tools, equipment, and materials necessary to perform the role. 
• Handling all business obligations, including taxes, insurance, and compliance, related to your services.

PPE is required when on the job site: Hard Hat, Safety Vest, Jeans, and work shoes.
