Cleaning Connected is seeking an experienced and self-sufficient independent contractor to provide professional cleaning services. This role requires a high level of expertise in interior Final Janitorial Cleaning.

1. General Cleaning (All Areas)

• Remove all construction dust, debris, and residue from surfaces.
• Clean and wipe down all horizontal and vertical surfaces, including ledges, baseboards, and trim.
• Spot clean walls to remove marks, smudges, and dust.
• Clean exterior & interior windows, glass panels, and mirrors (streak-free finish).
• Remove stickers, labels, and adhesive residue from surfaces and fixtures.

2. Common Areas

• Thorough cleaning of hallways, lobbies, stairwells, and shared spaces.
• Dust and wipe all fixtures, railings, doors, and hardware.
• Clean light fixtures (accessible without specialized lifts unless otherwise agreed).
• Vacuum carpets and/or mop hard surface flooring.

3. Restrooms

• Deep clean and sanitize all restroom fixtures, including toilets, urinals, sinks, and partitions.
• Clean mirrors, dispensers, and all mounted accessories.
• Wipe and disinfect all high-touch surfaces.
• Mop and sanitize floors, ensuring corners and edges are addressed.

4. Floors

• Sweep, vacuum, and/or mop all flooring surfaces.
• Remove paint overspray, adhesives, and construction residue where applicable.
• Provide final detailing to ensure a clean, uniform appearance across all flooring types.

5. Detailed Interior Cleaning

• Clean inside cabinets, drawers, and shelving units.
• Wipe down interior doors, frames, and hardware.
• Clean HVAC vents and returns (external surfaces).
• Ensure all interior spaces are free of dust, debris, and construction materials.

Contractor Requirements

• Must have experience with post-construction or final clean projects.
• Must provide all necessary labor, supervision, equipment, and cleaning supplies.
• Must follow all site safety requirements and regulations.
• Must be able to meet project timelines and coordinate effectively.

Coordination & Communication

• Work schedules and site access will be coordinated in advance.
• Arrival & Daily report check-in forms
• All communication will be managed through the designated project contact.
• The contractor must be responsive and able to adjust to project needs if required.

Deliverables & Expectations

• The site must be left in move-in ready condition.
• All work must meet professional cleaning standards with attention to detail.
• Final walkthrough may be required to confirm completion and quality.

This scope is intended to outline the general expectations of the project. The selected cleaning partner should be prepared to address all areas necessary to achieve a complete and high-quality final clean. 

Pay Structure

• ACH Payment directly into your bank account, or possibly CashApp.
• Payments are each Thursday, weekly. Can possibly be paid the same day at a discounted rate.
• W9 form & Cleaning Connected Pay Application form will be required.
